As a licensed Broker and Owner of KMC Realty Services, I greatly value and recognize the trust that real estate buyers, sellers, military families, and investors have placed in me to help them achieve their goals in a smooth and fulfilling process. My understanding of the dynamics and complexities of the real estate market enables me to handle multifaceted transactions, including new construction homes, resale, short sales, investments, rentals, and vacant land, just to mention a few.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I graduated from high school in the State of Florida before returning to Puerto Rico to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. At the same time, I worked as a Paralegal for a law firm specializing in Real Estate and Family Law cases, where I acquired firsthand the experience and developed an affinity and love for human rights, law, and helping others. I moved to the U.S. with my military family and also began pursuing a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati, from which I graduated with honors in 2012. In 2016, I relocated to the State of Florida to pursue my legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and two years later, my interest in the real estate field peaked.

Serving the Central Florida area and neighboring surroundings, I draw on my extensive knowledge about the local real estate market to guide, advise, and educate my clients, effectively empowering them to make wise and well-informed decisions. As a Military Relocation Specialist and also being one of a few local agents certified as a Florida Military Specialist (FMS), I leverage my great knowledge about PCS changes, military orders, VA Loans, and VA benefits in general to serve military families, veterans, and active military personnel to settle or relocate seamlessly.
