My understanding of the complexities of the real estate market allows me to successfully manage a wide range of transactions, including new construction, resale properties, short sales, investment properties, rentals, and vacant land.

I am also recognized for my work with military families and clients navigating divorce-related property sales, drawing on my legal background, advanced training, and experience handling complex transactions. As a Military Relocation Specialist and one of the few local agents certified as a Florida Military Specialist, I bring in-depth knowledge of PCS moves, military orders, VA loans, and VA benefits, helping service members, veterans, and their families relocate or settle with confidence.

I offer a true one-stop shop for real estate services. In addition to brokerage services, I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and a Notary Public specializing in real estate closings, giving me an advanced understanding of the real estate transaction process, from the first step through contract execution and closing. 

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I graduated from high school in Florida before returning to Puerto Rico to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. I later obtained a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. My professional background also includes work as a Paralegal in a firm focused on Real Estate and Family Law, which strengthened my appreciation for legal structure, advocacy, and client-focused solutions. In 2016, I returned to Florida to continue my legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and in the years that followed, my interest in real estate peaked.

Serving Central Florida and surrounding areas, I guide and educate clients with a focus on building wealth, achieving long-term stability, and finding effective solutions aligned with their goals and needs.
